Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to ship your order within 7 days. Please remember, international orders may take 3 - 4 weeks in transit. Orders shipped via the premium express route will be delivered within 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
